Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to Product Diagnosis sessions booked with Joshua Ajieh through joshuaajieh.com.

1. What Your Booking Covers

A Product Diagnosis is not limited to the scheduled call. Depending on the information you provide, I may review your product, user behaviour, analytics, existing research, previous experiments and other relevant materials before our session.

Your payment reserves my time and covers both this preparation and the scheduled Product Diagnosis session.

2. Rescheduling

Plans change. You may reschedule your Product Diagnosis once at no additional cost provided you request the change at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

The new session will be subject to available dates and times.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be treated as a late cancellation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel:

• More than 48 hours before your session: You may request a full refund.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before your session: You may receive a 50% refund or reschedule once at no additional cost.
• Less than 24 hours before your session: The booking is non-refundable. Where reasonably possible, I may allow one rescheduling at my discretion.

Any refund may exclude non-refundable payment processing, currency conversion or transaction charges where permitted by applicable law.

4. No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted me beforehand, the booking will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will make reasonable efforts to continue the session using the remaining scheduled time. The session may not be extended beyond its original end time.

5. Preparation Already Completed

Product Diagnosis sessions may require research and preparation before the scheduled meeting.

Where substantial preparation has already been completed before a cancellation, I may deduct the reasonable value of work already performed from any refund otherwise available, where permitted by applicable law.

If this applies, I will explain the deduction when responding to your refund request.

6. If I Need to Cancel

If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you may choose either:

• A new available date at no additional cost; or
• A full refund of the amount you paid for the Product Diagnosis.

7. After the Session

Once the Product Diagnosis session has been completed, the service is considered delivered and the fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Dissatisfaction with a recommendation or the eventual outcome of implementing a recommendation does not, by itself, qualify for a refund.

Product and business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Technical Problems

If significant technical problems on my side prevent the session from taking place, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.

If a reasonable rescheduled session cannot be arranged, you may request a full refund.

If technical problems on your side substantially affect the session, I will make reasonable efforts to continue or find an appropriate solution, but this does not automatically create a right to a refund.

9. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Please include the name and email address used for your booking and your scheduled session date.

Cancellation timing will be determined by when your cancellation request is received.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer or financial institution.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
