My work sits across customer discovery, product strategy, delivery and growth. I wrote Stop Building, Start Validating around a problem I keep coming back to: teams can build quickly, yet still struggle to learn whether they are building the right thing for the right people.
The book is a field guide for founders who have already launched and need a clearer way to investigate weak traction. I also work directly with founders on product, retention and distribution challenges.
